OUR GASTRONOMY

Corporate Chef - Daniel Paz (from Lima, Perú)

For us, it is essential that our clients understand the concept and realize that they are obtaining a high quality product, worthy of competing with top-level restaurants, but under a different, new, fun, more casual and economic environment. To accomplish this, Peru Mix counts with the support of Daniel Paz, an experienced and renowned peruvian signature chef from Lima, Peru, with over 15 years of experience and many appearances on food networks and TV shows. At the moment, Daniel Paz is the Executive Chef at Radisson Hotel chain in Perú.

Executive Chef - Jonathan Palacios (from Piura, Perú)

Jonathan is our Executive Chef, he is the person in charge of executing and supervising all aspects of our day to day culinary operations for the entire chain. He is a well-recognized Peruvian chef with many years of experience on high end international restaurants, who specializes in Peruvian food. He is also a certified cook from the Le Cordon Bleu gastronomic school.

LOMO SALTADO AL WOK
A classic from Peru. Wok sautéed dices of tenderloin steak stir fried with tomatoes, red onions, soy sauce and Peruvian spices. Served with yellow french fries, rice and corn.

AJI DE GALLINA
Chicken fillet in shreds topped with a yellow pepper creamy Peruvian sauce with parmesan cheese.

ARROZ CON MARISCOS A LA CRIOLLA
Seafood rice with shrimp, octopus, calamari, coral sauce and cilantro.

ARROS CHAUFA DE CARNES
An amazing and very popular Peruvian-Chinese fusion. Wok sautéed Chinese rice with pork and chicken cooked with soy sauce, chives onions, ginger, sesame oil, and Peruvian spices.

ARROZ CHAUFA DE MARISCOS
Wok sautéed Chinese rice with seafood cooked with soy sauce, chives, onions, ginger, sesame oil, and Peruvian spices.
ARROZ CON POLLO VERDE A LA CRIOLLA
Peruvian rice and chicken, cooked with a cilantro base and served with sarza criolla – lemon marinated onions -.

LOMO SALTADO SANDWICH
Based on the famous Peruvian dish, this wok sautéed tenderloin steak sandwich is a must for all newbies. Stir fried with tomatoes, onions, soy sauce, Peruvian spices, all put in a sandwich.

PERUVIAN CHICHARRON SANDWICH
Peru Mix featured sandwich. Roasted pork cooked “Peruvian chicharron” style, topped with “sarza criolla”-lemon marinated onions- and the special Peru Mix touch.

AJI DE GALLINA SANDWICH
Chicken lovers watch out! Tender chicken in shreds topped with a yellow pepper creamy Peruvian sauce and parmesan cheese.

PERU BURGER
A classic hamburger with a Peruvian twist. Ground beef tenderloin topped with melted mozzarella cheese and “sarza criolla” -lemon marinated onions-, fresh lettuce and tomato.
